Pleaded guilty to violation of harassment prevention order, different date from previous case, sentenced to six months in the house of correction, suspended, placed on probation until 1/8/18 with victim witness assessment of $50, and must have no alcohol, and subject to screens and testing, Must have mental health evaluation, and must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after care treatment for both, or either, follow ups recommended, and must sign releases so that the probation office can monitor attendance at programs ordered by the judge, Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee, or perform four hours per month community service.

Pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, sentenced to six months in the house of correction, suspended, placed on probation until 1/8/18. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Greenfield, Jan. 12, Judge William Mazanec III

Kane M. Dellert, 26, of King Phillip Avenue, South Deerfield. Found guilty following a jury trail for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, in Whately, placed on probation until 1/11/18, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $707.76. Found guilty following the jury trail for negligent operation of a motor vehicle, placed on probation until 1/11/18, concurrent with the first count. Found responsible for speeding, fined $200, plus head-injury assessment of $50. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, and $250 legal counsel contribution. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.
