Admitted to sufficient facts for two charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, placed on probation until 12/11/19, with victim witness assessment of $90, and must have no direct contact with any child under 18, and must abide by probationary conditions as attached, must not reside where a child under 18 lives, and no overnights with a child under 18 lives, and may not be employed at, or participate in voluntary activity, which will bring the defendant in contact with a person under 18, and must have GPS applied, but the fee is waived.
