Hunter Haughey singled an drove in a run, and Nate Fuess had the other hit for Kidder & Co.
Nate Blanchard had the only hit and Michael Zager scored the only run for Maniatty’s

Gavin Rubio earned the win, striking out eight in four innings. He also went 3-for-3.
Joaquin Rubio added a double, and Eli Guerin and Derek Helms singled.
Dalton Henderson tripled and Jordan Hunt slapped a single for Booska’s.

Jackson Harper homered and Sean Kirkendall ripped a three-run double to lead Alber Hearing over VFW, 14-2, in a Frontier Cal Ripken Major Division youth baseball game Thursday night in Conway.
Jakob Safford earned the mound win, striking out seven in three innings.

Riley Carroll belted a double, home run and drove in three to lead Northfield/Erving over Brattleboro, Vt., 7-4, in a Tri-County League youth softball game Thursday night at Veterans Field in Erving.
Winning Jasmine Meattey struck out 15 and also went 2-for-2, Linley Rollins was 2-for-2 and Amber Wozniak added a double and two RBI for Northfield/Erving.
• Elsewhere, Olivia Hammond’s two hits and two RBIs helped the Northfield Orange Tigers beat Hinsdale, N.H., 18-11, at Pioneer Valley Regional School ni Northfield.
Abby Hudson collected two hits and one RBI, and Julia Kovalsick fanned 11 in the win.
Brianna Cammara ripped a triple and knocked in three runs for Hinsdale.

Kelsey Richardson went 2-for-2 to help the Montague Diamond Dusters beat Conte Office Interiors, 16-15, in a Greenfield Girls’ Sofbtall League Ponytail Division game Thursday night at Murphy Park.
Taylor Greene and Stephanie Peterson each added a hit in support of winning pitcher Emily Young.

Hilltown League
Kylie Lowell was 4-for-4 with two homers to lead the Shelburne Blue Huskies to a 12-1 win over Hawlemont in a Hilltown Softball League game Thursday night at Hawlemont Elementary School in Charlemont.
Hannah Plesnar was 3-for-3 and Awen King was 2-for-2 for the Blue Huskies.
Tess Rancourt struck out seven and Gabby Larned went 2-for-2 for Hawlemont.

Montague Co-Rec
Josh Talbot rapped out four hits to power Kustom Auto Body to a 4½-inning, 16-0 victory over Fairview Landscaping in a Montgaue Co-Rec Softball League game Thursday night at Unity Park in Turners Falls.
Sam Parker, Mackenzie Coburn and Joe Gamache all added three hits each for Kustom.
Ashfield Ladies
Diane O’Connell and Katie Benedetti combined for a 37 to win the Two-Ball Scramble Tournament during the Thursday Morning Ladies League at Ashfield Community Golf Club.
Barb Ladd and Janet Rogers were second with a 39.
Greenfield Rec Adult
Registrations are now being accepted for the Greenfield Recreation Adult Tennis League.
The league is open to anyone ages 16 and older and deadline to register is May 14. The league begins on May 22 players will play one match per week. Divisions will be set up by playing ability. Players set up their own time to play.

The Manny’s TV & Appliance baseball team is holding open tryouts on May 15 at 3 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Field in Greenfield.

TF assistant football coach
Turners Falls High School is looking for an assistant varsity football coach with a specialization in offensive and defensive line play. The coach must also have a basic knowledge of special teams.
Start date will be mid-August through Thanksgiving Day and the coach must be available for all games and practices. Pay will be based on the Gill-Montague Regional School District contract.
