The Franklin County Technical School budget for fiscal year 2027 was approved, with the reinstatement of one part-time staff member due to a slight decline in health insurance costs, but still with five other positions cut to balance the budget, including a librarian, carpentry instructor, two paraprofessionals and a public relations specialist.
