It was a birthday to remember for Franklin Tech’s Braedon Talbot.

Talbot, a freshman on the Eagles’ golf team, sank his first career hole-in-one at No. 7 at Thomas Memorial Golf & Country Club in Turners Falls.

The ace helped him card a career-low 40 to help the Eagles pick up a 159-183 win over Greenfield on Wednesday.

The hole-in-one came on the same hole as Turners Falls’ Joey Mosca’s ace on Tuesday.

Brady Booska was the match medalist with a 35 while Gabe Mota (40) and Tyler Lafountain (44) also scored for Tech.

Johnny Marchefka (41), Preston Lafleur (44), Michael Pierce (46) and Tyler Zdanowicz (52) scored for Greenfield in the loss.
