Mother Nature dominated Week 1 of the high school football season Friday night.
Storms throughout Franklin County and the North Quabbin Region led to the postponement of several area football games on Friday, with many opening tilts moved to Saturday.
Here’s a look at the schedule and when games will now be played:
Chicopee at Greenfield (ppd. to Saturday, 10 a.m.)
Murdock at Athol (ppd. to Saturday, 10 a.m.)
Frontier at Lunenburg (susp. after 1st quarter 0-0, will resume Saturday, 6 p.m.)
Franklin Tech at McCann Tech (ppd. to Saturday, 7 p.m.)
Mahar at Hoosac Valley (still on for Saturday, 2 p.m.)
