GREENFIELD — A Franklin County Superior Court judge on Friday granted the state’s motion to impound identifying information about the three alleged victims of William M. Willey, the Montague man facing 21 charges related to minors.

Judge John Agostini decided to make the names, addresses and other sensitive information of the alleged victims and their families unavailable to the public. There was no objection from Willey’s attorney, Aliki Recklitis. Willey and all legal counsel involved with the case appeared via Zoom on Friday.

Willey, 46, has pleaded not guilty to seven counts of aggravated rape of a child with a 10-year age difference, six counts of selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21, five counts of furnishing marijuana to a person under 21 years old, two counts of disseminating obscene matter to a minor, and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over.

Willey was originally arraigned in Greenfield District Court in October 2020, but the case was transferred to Franklin County Superior Court due to its severity.

He posted $30,000 bail and was released. Willey’s conditions of release included having no unsupervised contact with anyone under 18 and immediately notifying the probation department if he changes his residence.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Anne Yereniuk, who was joined via Zoom by colleague Andrew Covington.
