CONWAY — The board of the Franklin County Technical School is seeking a new member to represent Conway.

DEERFIELD — Selectboard members have approved the fall town-wide tag sale and are opting to forgo the $5 registration fee.
“I don’t have any problem with having it as long as people are very careful,” said Selectboard member Carolyn Shores Ness.
Shores Ness advised that tables be spread out to allow for easy traffic flow and space between customers.
Residents are asked to call the Selectboard’s Office at 413-665-1400, ext. 111 to register for the tag sale, which typically takes place the first weekend in October.
DEERFIELD — Town administrators launched a town Facebook page last week.
“We really need to get the word out so we can start promoting some of the things going on around town,” said Town Administrator Kayce Warren, who noted the project was largely spearheaded by Assistant Town Administrator Jennifer Gannett.

The creation of the new page coincided with the Selectboard’s recent approval of updated social media and information technology policies.
SOUTH DEERFIELD — Megan Martino, a South Deerfield resident who is a rising junior at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester.
