Join the first online meditation retreat

The Pioneer Valley Shambhala Center, a Buddhist meditation center, is offering the first online meditation retreat Friday, May 22, and Saturday, May 23.

Publicist John Guenther said, “For many of us in this time of quarantine, our daily schedules have been upended. We may have a fresh perspective on how to spend our time, and look for ways to make use of this difficult situation. In this spirit, you are warmly invited to join us (May 22-23) for the first online meditation retreat offered by the Pioneer Valley Shambhala Center. The practice of meditation awakens a powerful transformational potential in our hearts and minds. This level one Shambhala training titled, ‘The Art of Being Human,’ led by Acharya Fleet Maull, provides both practical instruction for meditation practice and a view of how that practice can manifest in our lives.”

Please visit our website, pioneervalley.shambhala.org, for more information and for how to register.
