Become part of the difference… I joined the YMCA in Greenfield 26 years ago. Within in a couple of years I volunteered to serve on the annual campaign. Why? To help individuals, families, children and seniors who can benefit from the Y and its programs. Why? Because I saw how donors would increase their pledges year after year because they saw the difference they were making in these people’s lives. Why? Because I believe the Y is more than a gym. It is a place where friendships and a sense of community are built, children play and seniors smile. WHY? Because of a dedicated, friendly staff that truly care about the people who come through the doors. Why? Because I know, I am giving back to my community that so generously gave to me. Why not you?
