WARWICK — Painter Kerry Stone will teach attendees how to create a birch tree landscape using acrylic paints and canvas during a painting class at the Warwick Free Public Library.
The class will be held Sunday from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Space is limited and registration is required, along with a $10 fee payable at the library no later than Friday.
Attendees will learn the basics of color mixing, create a composition and paint. The class is open to beginners and experienced painters, teens and adults alike. Bring an idea or photo of the season you wish to represent.
Sign up at the library or by email at warwick@cwmars.org. Warwick residents will be given first priority. In the event of a snow storm, the painting class will be rescheduled to Jan. 12.
