Michaela Karle, 32, of Federal Street, Belchertown. Charged with marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI-liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle. During the pretrial hearing, the defendant was found not responsible on Count 1 and Count 4, Count 2 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth and Count 3 had sufficient facts found, but was continued without a finding until Aug. 4, 2020. Special conditions to complete a drug and alcohol education program and aftercare, and 45-day loss of license.
