Soon there will be another election in Northfield for the position of Selectboard. I am writing to ask you to please vote in this election for Heath Cummings. He is impressive, energetic and has good experience. He knows the town well. He is young, enthusiastic and a great team player. He also has a sense of humor. (Something that has been missing for some time.)
The times they are changing. We can’t stay or return to the same old ways with the same people, We need new, young vibrant folks running things at 69 Main St. As a former town person for almost 20 years, I feel this is the time to turn the page and let new ideas come forth. The Northfield campus will be opening in the fall and this will need young, creative ideas to face the challenges.
