Anibal Rodriguez, 54, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charges of threat to commit a crime, and disturbing the peace, with personal recognizance, and must stay 10-yards away, have no contact from the victim, and must check in weekly in person, with pretrial conference set at May 31. James Paddock Jr., 53, of Locks Village, Wendell. Charge of OUI-drugs third offense, plead guilty, found guilty, in Greenfield, sentenced to two and one-half years in house of correction, nine months direct, and balance suspended until July 17,2021, with 15 months probation supervision fee was waived, but a $1,500 file was assessed, and a OUI-victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, plus a victim witness assessment of $90, and there were not to operate a motor vehicle unless the right to operate is reinstated by the Registry of Motor Vehicles, and he is licensed, and he is to have an evaluation, and undergo and complete any recommended treatment. Must have no drugs, subject to screens. Charge of leaving the scene of property damage, placed on probation until Sept. 17, 2021, with no drugs and subject to screens, loss of license per the Registry of Motor Vehicle, no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles, reinstates a license, and must have an evaluation, and follow up on any recommended treatment. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended of OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and license suspended for OUI, were all not processed. Marked lanes violation was not responsible. The counsel fee was waived, but the $65 monthly probation supervision fee will not be waived.

Mario A. Giordano, 54, of Fourth Street, Turners Falls. Charge of assault and battery on family or household member, was set in bail of $1,000 cash, of $10,000 surety, with no contact and must stay away 100-yards away from the victim, and stay 100-yards from a specified address on Wells Street in Greenfield, and the pretrial conference is set for April 22. The counsel fee was waved.

Steven A. Bergeron, 31, of Heather Court, Greenfield. Charge of unlicensed operation, in Northfield, a guilty plea, found guilty, and a $100 fine was assessed.

Jonathan W. Thompson, 36, of Elliott Drive, Troutman, N. C. Charges of two violations of abuse prevention orders, with a guilty plea for each charge, and guilty was found in each charge, with fines of $250 each. Charge of intimidating a witness, juror, police, or a counsel official, dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Must pay the $150 counsel fee.

Jose J. Druz, 21, of Edbert Street, Chicopee. Charge of improper operation of a motor vehicle, found not responsible. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.
