Josue R. Bermudez, 60, of Arch Street, Springfield. Charge of operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Gill, found responsible, and fined $100, and decriminalized if paid today. The counsel fee was waived.

Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, in Deerfield, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found but continued without finding until June 7, with a $50 victim witness assessment, and must attend and complete the Driver Safety Course, and with payment of the fee for the course. Must pay $50 probation supervision fee.
