Greenfield, March 6

Brandan L. Tinsley, 30, listed as homeless of Greenfield. Charge of shoplifting by asportation, admission to sufficient facts accepted, and sufficient facts were found, but continued without a finding until March 7, with restitution of $10.59, and it was dismissed on recommendation of Probation Department. The counsel fee was waived.

Greenfield, March 7

Cindy L. LaChance, 57, of Revere Circle, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery, with terms of personal recognizance, as must stay 100 yards away, have no contact with the victim, and must have no abuse of the victim, with pretrial conference set at April 15. Counsel fee was waived.

Cachondra H. Hyson, 20, of Spring Terrace, Greenfield. Charge of possession of a Class A drug, with the defendant placed on pretrial probation until Dec. 5 and the defendant must remain in treatment at the Beacon House and have any followup, must sign releases, and must be drug free, with screens. Charges of two possessions of Class B drugs, and one of uninsured motor vehicle, with the defendant placed on pretrial probation on all three counts. Charge of an unregistered motor vehicle was found not responsible. Charge of a number plate violation to conceal identification, defendant was placed on pretrial probation until Dec. 5, 2010. Must perform 16 hours of community service. The probation supervision was waived.

Josue R. Bermudez, 60, of Arch Street, Springfield. Charge of operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Gill, found responsible, and fined $100, and decriminalized if paid today. The counsel fee was waived.

David C. Lunny, 33, of Colrain Road, Greenfield. Charges of three counts of rapes, and indecent assault and battery on a person of 14 or over, and was ordered held, with a dangerousness hearing set for March 15.

Michael E. Demers, 47, listed as homeless of Turners Falls. Charge of possession of a Class A drug, in Montague, with terms of release set for personal recognizance, and pretrial conference set for May 2. Counsel fee was waived.

James B. Lynch, Jr., 56, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charge of trespassing, with the defendant placed on pretrial probation until Dec. 6, and must stay away from 91 Main St. in Greenfield.

Mary K. Jackson, 39, of Baptist Corner Road, Ashfield. Charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle, in Buckland, with defendant placed on pretrial probation until Sept. 6 at Athol and must complete a Safe Driver’s Court. Charges of speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit, and registration not in possession, were both found not responsible. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Greenfield, March 9

Timothy Smith, 28, of Plumtree Road, Sunderland. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, in Deerfield, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found but continued without finding until June 7, with a $50 victim witness assessment, and must attend and complete the Driver Safety Course, and with payment of the fee for the course. Must pay $50 probation supervision fee.

Greenfield, March 11

Stacie A. Boyer, 31, of Main Street, Northfield. Charge of shoplifting by asportation, in Greenfield, and the terms of release set the personal recognizance, with the pretrial conference set for April 25.

Stacie A. Boyer, 31, of Main Street, Greenfield. Two charges of kidnapping and endangering a minor by a relative, in Greenfield, with terms of release set the personal recognizance, with the pretrial conference set for April 25.

Victoria A. Woodburn, 33, of Ludlow Road, South Hadley. Charges of OUI-liquor, second offense, OUI-drugs, marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, with terms of release set for personal recognizance, with the pretrial conference set at May 2. Must pay $150 counsel fee, and the $150 counsel contribution.

Elena Dean, 28, of Grader Lane, Greenfield. Charge of disturbing the peace and found responsible for 60 days, and was filed with defendant’s consent and it was decriminalized.
