GREENFIELD — Greenfield Savings Bank has announced its staff for its new branch in Hadley.
The Hadley office, at 140 Russell St. (Route 9), is the bank’s fifth office in Hampshire County.
Hector Toledo has been named office manager of the new Hadley office. Toledo joined Greenfield Savings Bank with 28 years of experience in banking. In his role as manager, he will concentrate on business development in addition to managing the operations of the Hadley office.

Toledo, who lives in Springfield with his wife and two children, is a volunteer for a number of local nonprofit organizations, including as a board member and chair of the Finance Committee of Baystate Health Systems and as a member of the Board of the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. He has previous served as chair of the board of Springfield Technical Community College, and as a board member of both the YMCA of Greater Springfield and the United Way of the Pioneer Valley.
Jocelyn Walsh has been promoted to the Hadley office as a “Super Banker.” Greenfield Savings Bank Super Bankers are customer service professionals who can assist customers with a wide range of banking services including account openings, online and mobile banking and account transactions.
Before joining the staff in Hadley, Walsh worked for GSB at the Shelburne Falls office for more than two years. A native of Shelburne Falls who now resides in Florence, she is an avid New England sports fan and enjoys outdoor activities with her fiancé and dog, Bella.
Jacqueline T. O’Connell has also joined the staff of the GSB Hadley office as a Super Banker. O’Connell has worked for GSB for more than three years at the Amherst office on University Drive. An avid New England sports fan, O’Connell lives in Hadley.
Joseph Dallair has also joined the staff of the office as a teller. Before joining GSB, Dallair worked for three years in customer service positions in other industries. He began working at GSB in 2017 as a teller in the Greenfield office. Dallair resides in Sunderland and enjoys outdoor activities including kayaking, hiking and bicycling.
