I want to extend a “well done” and “thank you” to Shirley Arringa, Joe Judd, Conrad Halberg and Rod Koncal who stepped up to the plate and worked in an concerned effort to replace the grave marker that misspelled the last name of my uncle who fought in North Africa, Sicily, France and Germany, where his life was subsequently taken.
The VA in Washington was no help, and the local VA reps would not even answer their phone. If it was not for the folks listed herein, a new marker would not have been procured.
