Carigan N. Wypych, 20, of Fieldstone Drive, Orange. Charges of being a vehicle operator refusing to identify him or herself, failure to keep to the right on a hill or obstructed view, no license in possession and speeding in Erving, were all dismissed on request of the Commonwealth, prior to arraignment.

Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, LSD, operating with suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and motor vehicle lights violation in Erving, released on personal recognizance, continued to 2/6/17 for pretrial conference.

Pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor or .08 percent, fined $500, with one-year loss of license, plus OUI victims assessment of $50, and head injury assessment of $250. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and unregistered motor vehicle. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and uninsured motor vehicle, were all dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Placed on pretrial probation until 7/24/17 for of threatening to commit a crime, to wit, assault and battery, and must stay away from and have no contact with a named person, direct or indirect. Dante Divoll, 25, of West Main Street, Orange. Charges of unarmed robbery, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault and battery on a police officer, and assault and battery, were not prosecuted, as according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the defendant has been indicted and arraigned in superior court. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Christopher M. Hughes, 35, of Park Street, Turners Falls. Found responsible for no inspection sticker, in Montague by state police, fined $50. Charges of having operated a motor vehicle after the license to operate a motor vehicle had been revoked by reason of his or her having been found to be an habitual traffic offender, and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, both dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Orange, Jan. 9, Judge David S. Ross

William J. Murray, 19, of Springfield. Found responsible for speeding, in Erving, fined $50, plus $5 surfine, and head injury assessment of $50, all forthwith. Charge of being a person under 21 in possession of liquor, to be dismissed on payment of $25 fine, also forthwith. Found not responsible for missing a registration sticker.

Lawrence J. Doucette Jr., 42, of Green Street, Athol. Charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.
