GREENFIELD — Clayton Cutting, 36, of Greenfield was arraigned in Greenfield District Court Friday morning on three counts of credit card fraud and one count of receiving stolen property.
According to a report written by Greenfield Police Officer William Trueswell, in October Cutting repeatedly used a MasterCard belonging to Kelsey Krivicky, who discovered the card was missing on Oct. 19.
The following day, Krivicky’s boyfriend, Daniel Jarvis, told police about three transactions since the card went missing: a $6.72 sale at New Inkwell News, a $140 sale at The Outlet Store and a $41.99 sale at The Wine Rack.
Surveillance footage at New Inkwell News and The Wine Rack showed the card was used by a white man with a medium build and short graying hair, the report states. Sgt. Todd Dodge identified Cutting as the man in the footage, comparing the video to in-house photos.
Cutting was arraigned Friday and advised of the potential for bail revocation. He will return to court for a pretrial conference Feb. 17.
