Wendell’s Fullmoon Coffeehouse will welcome the Slik Pickers and Green Sisters on Saturday, Jan. 14, at 7:30 p.m. The cost is $6 to $15. Proceeds will benefit Wendell Old Home Day.
The music you’ll hear from Slik Pickers is influenced by folk, blues and bluegrass. Dave Slik, Brie Green, John Cloutier, Myron Becker and Rob Griffin are the
Slik Pickers.
The Green Sisters are four sisters who grew up on a farm and formed their band last year. Their harmonies blend with ease over simple melodies on acoustic instruments. Green Sisters’ music ranges from 1950s barbershop to folk to Celtic and today’s originals. The Green Sisters are Melody, Betsy, Becky and Brie.
