Megan L. Tuthill, 23, of Route 2, Charlemont. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Buckland, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, and it was paid.

David L. Devine, 29, of Church Street, Greenfield. Found responsible for miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw, to wit, consuming alcohol on a public way, in Montague, fined $50, paid today.

Hector L. Santiago, 48, of Bridge Street, Millers Falls. Pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a knife, sentenced to one year in the house of correction, suspended, placed on probation until 12/7/17 with victim-witness assessment of $90, must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended, must stay away from and have no contact with a named victim, must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing. Charge of disorderly conduct, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must perform four hours per month community service, in lieu of probation supervision fee.

Hector L. Santiago, 48, of Bridge Street, Millers Falls. Pleaded guilty to open and gross lewdness, in Montague, same date as in previous case, placed on probation until 12/7/17, with same conditions as in the previous case. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Benjamin A. Lopez, 20, of Federal Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, leaving the scene of property damage, and marked lanes violation, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 12/21/16 for pretrial conference.

Stanley J. Lakota, 72, of River Road, Whately. Admitted to sufficient facts for having operated a motor vehicle after the license to operate a motor vehicle had been revoked by reason of his or her having been found to be an habitual traffic offender, in Whately, placed on probation until 6/7/17, and must have no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license.

Luis F. Carromero, 47, of Central Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, released on personal recognizance, C276, section 56A form filed by the Commonwealth, allegation of abuse under 276, section 56A found, continued to 1/31/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Nicholas M. White, 38, of Mary Potter Lane, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to larceny of a firearm, sentenced to one year in the house of correction, three months direct, balance suspended, placed on probation until 12/7/17, with credit for time held. Pleaded guilty to breaking and entering into a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, placed on probation until 12/6/19, with victim-witness assessment of $90, and must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests, must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any aftercare treatment recommended, and must provide a DNA database sample to state police. Two more charges of breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony, two more charges of larceny of a firearm, one charge of receiving stolen property, and one of conspiracy, all dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Nicholas M. White, 38, of Mary Potter Lane, Greenfield. Three charges of carrying a firearm without a license, same date as in previous case, were all dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Julie M. Stafford, 28, of Hastings Street, Greenfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Deerfield, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker.

Cole J. Blanchard, 24, of Columbus Avenue, Greenfield. Found responsible for speeding, in Greenfield by state police, fined $100, plus $20 surfine. Operating a motor vehicle in violation of a license restriction, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for no license in possession. no registration in possession, no inspection
sticker, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

Eric E. Gass, 32, of Summer Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating with suspended registration, in Deerfield, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, today.

Jessica L. Zobriski, 24, of Forbes Court, Greenfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for being the person in control of a motor vehicle, did knowingly permit such vehicle to be operated by a person who was unlicensed or whose license had been suspended or revoked, in Montague by state police, but continued without a finding until 6/9/17 with victim witness assessment of $50. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Samantha J. Trude, 32, of East Longmeadow. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Deerfield by state police, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, that day.

Alicia M. D’Antonio-Monarca, 24, of Aster Court, Greenfield. Found not responsible for failure to stop/yield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Dylon X. Sleis, 22, of Enfield, Conn. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation, and failure to wear a seat belt.

Norma Ibarro, 52, of East Elmhurst, N.Y. Pleaded innocent to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation, in Greenfield by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 2/27/17 for pretrial conference.

John C. Sanchez, 28, of Brooklyn, N.Y. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop for police, were not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the defendant appeared to be suffering from mental health issue during this time; he resolved his case in Northampton, and is being suspended there; the matter involved facts very similar to this, and occurred on the same date.

Lance E. Mitchell, 39, of Millers Falls Road, Northfield. Pleaded innocent to three charges of strangulation or suffocation, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a shod foot, assault and battery, and malicious destruction of property under $250 value, in Northfield, released on personal recognizance, with special conditions as must provide the probation department of his current address and all phone numbers and must notify probation of any change, the defendant shall not reside with any children under the age of 18, other than his own children, the defendant must stay away and have no contact with the victim in this case, the defendant shall not spend overnights where there is a child under the age of 18 other then his own children; must not be employed where he would have control with any child under the age of 18, other than his children, and the defendant shall stay away from the town of South Hadley while this case is pending, and must comply with the Department of Children and Families requirements, continued to 2/1/17 for pretrial conference.

Mark K. Seebeck, 26, of Depot Road, Monroe. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Rowe, released on personal recognizance, continued to 1/27/17 for pretrial conference.

Jesse A. Stebbins, 26, of Avenue C., Turners Falls. Pleaded guilty to being present where heroin is kept, in Greenfield by state police, sentenced to 100-days in the house of correction, direct, and with credit for time served. Charges of possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to violate drug laws, were dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Mark W. Chausse, 52, of Webster. Pleaded innocent to violation of harassment prevention order, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, must stay 100 yards away from and have no contact with a victim in this case, continued to Jan. 25, 2017 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
