Bryan Stetson, 23, of Winchester, N.H. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, heroin, amended down from Class A drug, in Montague, same date as in previous case, sentenced to 16 months in the house of correction, direct, with credit for time held/served. Charge of trafficking in 18 grams or more, or less than 36 grams of cocaine, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the case will be prosecuted in District Court. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.
