Stonehill College field hockey senior captain Shea Healy will compete in the annual Senior All-Star Game Saturday at 3 p.m. at W.B. Mason Stadium in Easton.

The Greenfield native and Pioneer Valley Regional School graduate earned All Northeast-10 honors for the first time in her career this fall after starting all 20 games for the Skyhawks. She finished tied for second on her team (and 14th in the conference) with 17 points this season, matching her career-high with six goals (including three game-winners), and tying for second with a career-best five assists.

Healy has been on the Northeast-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll every semester and the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for three semesters in her career. She finishes her four years having started 61 of 82 games for Stonehill, with 15 goals and 10 assists. Her seven career game-winning goals ties her for eighth on the program’s all-time list.

Stonehill finished this season with a 14-6 record and earned the eighth Division II tournament bid in program history.

Franklin Tech Turkey Raffle

The Franklin Technical High School Eagles Football Boosters Club will hold a turkey raffle on Saturday from 6-10 p.m. at the Millers Pub in Millers Falls.

The raffle will run from 6 until 10 p.m. and there will raffles and prizes, including New England Patriots tickets.

GHS football Bingo and Raffle

The Greenfield High School Football Parents will hold a Bingo & Raffle Night Friday night at the Greenfield Elks Lodge.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and bingo starts at 7 p.m.. Cost is $20 for a pack of five games, and $5 for bonus cover all game.

There will also be a turkey raffle as well as many other raffle prizes, including a 50/50.

Tech/Pioneer Powderpuff

The eighth annual Powderpuff game between Pioneer Valley Regional School and Franklin County Technical School has been moved to 3 p.m. Saturday in Northfield to accommodate for the State Vocational Football semifinal playoff game taking place at Franklin Tech on Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m.

Entry to the game is one non-perishable food item or a cash entry of $3 for students and $5 for adults. All proceeds will benefit the local teen service agency, DIAL/SELF.
