Next puzzle swap set for June 6
NORTHFIELD — The next puzzle swap at Dickinson Memorial Library will be held on Saturday, June 6, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Visitors are advised to park behind the library and come in through the side door, then turn left to find the Community Room containing the puzzles. Attendees can take as many puzzles as they want and keep them as long as they need.
A puzzle swap will not be held in July due to the library being closed for the Independence Day holiday.

Two Happy Feet walks planned in June
NORTHFIELD — The Happy Feet walking group will hold its final walk to Northfield Elementary School of the school year on Monday, June 8, at 9:45 a.m.
Participants will walk to the school to pick up the kindergarten class, then walk with them back to the Senior Center for an activity.
Subsequently, on Monday, June 15, at 10 a.m., the walking group will meet at the last house on Old Vernon Road in Northfield. Dogs on leashes are welcome. If it is actively raining, the walk will be canceled.
June 9: Free hearing screenings
NORTHFIELD — The Northfield Senior Center will host free drop-in hearing screenings with Sarah Laakso, doctor of audiology at Baystate Rehabilitative Care at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, on Tuesday, June 9, from 11 a.m. to noon.
Sausage grinders on menu for monthly meal
NORTHFIELD — The Northfield Senior Center’s monthly meal is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, at 12:30 p.m.
The menu includes sausage grinders with grilled onions and peppers, served with Colleen’s potato salad and dessert. The cost is $10.
The meal is limited to 20 people and is by reservation only. RSVP by calling 413-498-2901, ext. 123, by June 3.
Piano music planned for Memory Cafe
NORTHFIELD — Lynne Walker will perform on piano during the next Memory Cafe at the Northfield Senior Center on Wednesday, June 24, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
This program provides support and socialization for adults dealing with memory-related issues and their caregivers. A light lunch will be provided.

Senior Center hosting cookout to mark 250th
BERNARDSTON — The Bernardston Senior Center will host a 250th celebration cookout on Monday, June 29, at 4 p.m. that will be preceded by music from Becky & John at 3 p.m.
