1:51 p.m. — Caller reporting a fight between two males on Avenue A near Swanson’s Fabrics. Second call from one of the male parties involved, advising he was assaulted by the other male. Third call from other male party, who reports being cut off in traffic. He believes the other involved male is intoxicated.

6:02 p.m. — Caller at Highland School Apartments reports a raccoon stuck in the dumpster. Animal control officer contacted. Caller called back to say he rescued the raccoon. ACO advised.

Wednesday, Aug. 3

12:04 a.m. — Pry marks found on the back door of Carroll’s Market on East Main Street, but doesn’t appear the building was entered. Alarm company received a cancel code, cleared the call. Called key holder on file, who stated he sold the store in February. Unable to investigate further without a key holder. Door is loose but secured.

5:46 p.m. — Caller states his son’s fishing poles and net were stolen from Cabot Camp. Officer advised.

11:03 p.m. — Caller at First Congregational Church looking to speak with an officer about harassment from a neighbor. Caller states he has it on video. Caller was advised of his options.
