Congratulations to us. We won! But now comes the hard part: governing in a way that honors the hopes, dreams, and aspirations of Americans who believe in a new beginning for America.

It is unfortunate that we have become entangled in the machinations of the oligarchic elites. Unfortunately, too many in the corporate Democrat wing of the party are poised to continue to serve genocidal wars, industrial pollution, and AI-generated intrusions and ever-increasing societal controls, to name a few ills of the era. And though I appreciate many endeavors and Hakeem Jeffries’s leadership skills, as Sludge Magazine reports, “Executives at Anduril and Palantir, crypto industry advocates, and investors giving through AIPAC helped fund the Democratic leader preparing to become speaker.”

I fear that if Jeffries were to be elected Speaker of the House, the efforts of hundreds of thousands of reenergized Democratic volunteers and donors would be undermined, and the hopes of millions who voted for the Blue Wave during the midterms would be thwarted.
As a man quite capable of becoming Speaker, I urge Congressman Jim McGovern to run to replace Jeffries. And if not him, then some other congressional Democrat he believes might lead the country forward, against genocidal wars, towards healthcare for all, environmentally sound policies, and commitment to free enterprise that offers good-paying jobs and products made in America that we can be proud of.
