Second-seeded Pioneer defeated No. 7 Athol, 23-21, in the Franklin Tech Girls Summer League playoffs on Thursday in Turners Falls. Maggie Tsipenyuk scored nine points, with Ariana Perkins chipping in with seven points.
Maliah Clark scored nine points for Athol. KK Brito-Jimenez added five points.
Mahar 30, Greenfield 22 — Third-seeded Mahar got past sixth-seeded Greenfield. Nastasia Sanders (11 points) and Adalynn Almeida (nine points) led the offense for Mahar. Taylor Paluk added six points.
Tayler Bergeron scored 15 points for Greenfield. Sarah McCloud contributed five points. No. 2 Pioneer plays No. 3 Mahar at 5 p.m. in the semifinals on Tuesday at Franklin Tech.
Mohawk 37, Franklin Tech 22 — Fourth-seeded Mohawk ousted the fifth-seeded Eagles behind Sadie Wilcox’s 10 points. Natalie Lanoue (nine points) and Emmalee Inman (eight points) added to the offensive effort.
Madison Ross led Franklin Tech with nine points, with Bella Brown-Stratton chipping in with seven points. Mohawk plays undefeated and top-seeded Frontier at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Franklin Tech.
The championship game follows both semifinal games at 7 p.m.

No Name 71, Crossover Crew 62 — Grayson Thomas’ 30 points helped No Name advance in a quarterfinal match up with the Crossover Crew on July 15. Jon Breor added 12 points in the victory. Jalen Sanders (15 points) and Tucker Llewelyn (14 points) both reached double-figures for the Crossover Crew.
Futures Unlimited 71, Zone Six 63 — Tyson Dowdy and Jade Dawson both dropped 17 points in the quarterfinal win for Futures Unlimited. Aiden Hernandez led Zone 6 with 19 points, with Mason Meadows adding 10 points.
413 Monarchs 90, Bruso Computer Solutions 85 — 413 Monarchs survived a 52-point outburst by Bruso’s Malik Grove in the quarterfinal win. Tayjon Joyner scored 26 points for the Monarchs, with Spencer Butterfield chipping in with 16 points.
Brattleboro 85, OSC-MANNING 66 — Brattleboro cruised past OSC-MANNING in the quarterfinal victory. Paul Magillion (26 points) and Gabe Pacard (20 points) led Brattleboro in scoring. Javon Messiah (15 points) and Chase Berg (10 points) reached double-figures for OSC-MANNING.
