Bolo is still patiently waiting for his new family to take him home. He has watched other shelter dogs come and go, and he is ready to go home, too. Bolo is an 8- or 9-year-old hound mix. Despite his age, he has plenty of energy and likes going for walks. Bolo is a stately, serious fellow who is happiest when he is with people. He has spent some time in a foster home, where he has been polite and easy to have around. He will counter surf if not watched carefully, however. He loves snuggling on his bed surrounded by people.
Bolo should not live with other dogs or cats. It is unclear if he has been around very young children. For more information about Bolo, call the Franklin County Sheriff's Office Regional Dog Shelter at 413-676-9182. Credit: CONTRIBUTED
