Brighton, MA – Gabrielle Elizabeth Gracia, 27, of Brighton, MA passed away unexpectedly, after a long illness, Sunday April 12, 2026 surrounded by her family. She was born October 8, 1998 in Danbury, CT, the daughter of Anthony and Marykarla (Bachinski) Gracia. Gabby graduated from Brookfield, CT High School with the class of 2017 and from the University of Massachusetts in 2021. She was a member of the UMass Minuteman Marching Band, marching in the Rose Bowl New Years Day Parade and down Main Street USA in downtown Disney.
Gabby cherished and lived life to the fullest, especially enjoying her two beloved pugs, Percy and Charlie. She was also known for being very entertaining and funny. In her spare time, she loved attending concerts, riding her Vespa, cooking for friends, especially her well attended annual Friendsgiving, playing games and “attending game nights” with her Aunts and cousins. She traveled frequently. Aruba was one her favorite annual trips with her family.
During and after college, Gabby worked as a bus driver, including the bendy buses for the PVTA. Her current job was working as a business analyst for the MBTA in Boston.
Besides her parents, Gabby leaves her twin brother Ian of CT, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, her beloved Grammy Jean along with an extended family of close friends.
Gabby was loved and adored by many. She will be missed but not forgotten. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
There will be calling hours Sunday, April 19, 2026 from 3:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. at the Kidder Funeral Home, 1 Parker Ave, Northfield, MA. Funeral services will be Monday, April 20, 2026 at 10:15 A.M. at the Kidder Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. at St. Patricks Church, Main St., Northfield, MA. Father Paul Bombadier will officiate.
