Recorder reporter Aalianna Marietta did a nice job telling the story of Frontier Community Access Television (FCAT) (“The ‘C-SPAN’ of Franklin County,” Feb. 21), but we would be amiss if we didn’t mention former general manager the late Chris Collins’ contributions during his time with FCAT. Chris was a great advocate for community access television, including serving on the board of Greenfield’s community access television.
