Indian Trail, NC – Kenneth R. Tucker, US Army CW4 (retired), passed away 2 Feb 2026, at home surrounded by his loving family. Born July 1934, Ken is preceded in death by his parents, Earle and Florence Tucker of Greenfield, MA; his brothers Earle (Lydia) of Seneca SC, Melvin of Amherst NY, and Alan (Herta) of Portsmouth NH. Ken is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Billie, formerly of Brandon, FL where they lived for 46 years before relocating to Indian Trail, NC; daughters Susan Lindsey (Don) of Tiger, GA, and Julie Haynes(Charles) of Indian Trail, NC; five grandchildren James, Dena, Aaron, Andrea, Alex; three great grandchildren Claire, Reid, Bennie; his brother, David of Sun City Center, FL, and sister Elizabeth Freyenhagen(Edward) of Winchester, NH. Beloved husband, father, and Papa, Ken was a member of the Methodist Church of Easthampton, MA, Republican Lodge, AF&AM (Greenfield, MA) and the Scottish Rite.
