Writer John Guenther calls Republicans fascists [“Republican organizations breeding grounds for fascists?” Recorder, June 5]. Yet it is leftist progressives who hold signs saying “Palestine, by any means necessary” calling for the violent overthrow of Israel, the world’s only Jewish state. Antisemitism is fascism. It is leftist progressives who burn the U.S. flag to “globalize the intifada” meaning violent overthrow of U.S. government. Who is a fascist here?
