Recently a reader wrote in giving extravagant praise for the care she received at Baystate Franklin Medical Center. I wish to second her approbation. I was a patient there last year and I have to say the care I received was wonderful. They are efficient and thorough. Beyond that, the staff was very helpful, friendly and encouraging.
I also must put in a word for the South County EMS who got me to the hospital in their ambulance. They are excellent.
