
6:01 p.m. — Teah Golembeski, 31, of South Prospect Street in Montague, was arrested on a warrant at Avenue A and Second Street.
8:58 p.m. — Emma McDonough, 22, of 11th Street in Turners Falls, was arrested on a warrant at Avenue A and Second Street.
1:33 p.m. — Caller at Peskeomskut Park, via sign language assistance, reports a male party purposefully opened a beer in her face. Police advised the party was drinking soup from the can and also had an iced tea container.
5:07 p.m. — Benjamen Luke Stennes, 27, of Fourth Street in Turners Falls, was arrested on six warrants.
4:23 p.m. — Caller from Carroll’s Market at East Main Street states he left his phone in the car with the window down while he was in the store. When he returned, the phone, a Samsung Galaxy SM, was gone.
5:18 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported at Unity Park. A second caller stated a male party in a cloak was swinging a stick and saying he was going to kill people. The individual went home following police response.
12:01 p.m. — Caller from near the high-tension lines on Plains Road reports a man in pajama pants was following her and her dogs while she was walking back to her car. His car was a silver SUV and it was tucked in the woods with the trunk open. Gone upon police arrival.
12:05 p.m. — Police were flagged down on Third Street by two women who stated they just saw a woman dragging a child down the street. Police found the woman, who said she was trying to get the child home because they were having issues.
9:25 p.m. — Caller from East Main Street reports her downstairs neighbors are screaming at each other, waking her children up. The advised officer contacted a community service officer who informed the caller of her options.
9:40 p.m. — Motorcycle struck and laying in the roadway on Bridge Street. EMS was requested to evaluate the biker, who caught a ride home from family.
4:36 p.m. — Caller from Country Creemee on Avenue A reports a black snake stretching about 3 feet long is slithering on the sidewalk. Responding officer found the snake was in a planter and contacted animal control.
11:15 p.m. — Caller on Bridge Street requests officers respond to her house to force her husband to leave but hung up when officers gave her information and did not answer upon callback. Officer advises the altercation has been only verbal, not physical. Male party eventually left for the night.
12:20 a.m. — Caller reports a man and woman are fighting on Bridge Street. Responding officer spoke with the woman, who said the man returned to get cigarettes after leaving and their verbal argument continued. Man then left the residence, but officers stayed in the area to keep a lookout.
12:29 p.m. — Alaisah T. Russell, 27, of Fourth Street in Turner Falls, was arrested on a warrant on Canal Road.
3:18 p.m. — Caller from Unity Park reports a male party is yelling at cars. Responding officer reported that the male party left to walk on the bike path where he was not causing any harm.
5:40 p.m. — Jacob R. Pearson, 31, of Alice Street in Turner Falls, was arrested on six charges: a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, OUI-drugs and OUI-liquor over 0.08% (second offense). He was transported to the Franklin County Jail and House of Correction. Bail was set at $250, plus fee.
4:48 p.m. — Caller on First Street near Shady Glen reports a male party is acting strangely and yelling at cars. Officer advised the party went into his house.
5:47 p.m. — Caller from Vladish Avenue reports someone threw a jug of chocolate milk at his window, causing damage.
8:14 p.m. — Caller who did not state his location reports he was assaulted in Montague Center and is currently in the hospital, but he did not answer an officer’s following calls.
9:51 a.m. — An individual was issued a summons after violating public drinking bylaws in Peskeomskut Park.
3:38 p.m. — An individual was issued a summons during a traffic stop on Unity Street. The individual made arrangements to return the vehicle home.
4:13 p.m. — An individual was issued a summons during a traffic stop near Bob’s Auto Body on Avenue A.
7:44 a.m. — Caller from Second Street reports her daughter and son-in-law came into her apartment and stole her cellphone and wallet. Although she said the parties have a key, the caller recently asked the parties to leave and contacted the landlord for a lock change. Caller said she wants her items back if the two parties are seen. Officer located the daughter and son-in-law and advised them of their options.
3:11 p.m. — Brian Edward Heroux, 41, of Huntington, was arrested for OUI-liquor over 0.08% and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Heroux was taken to the Franklin County Jail and House of Correction after Rau’s Sunoco Service towed the vehicle.
