8:32 a.m. — Animal control officer advises he picked up a baby skunk on Davis Street.
1:42 p.m. — Caller from Fifth Street reports someone in a vehicle struck her husband’s parked motorcycle, causing heavy gas and oil leakage, and then drove away. Police and fire personnel responded, found damage to the handlebars and gas tank. A witness reported a white SUV struck the motorcycle’s front tire, knocking it over before driving away.
6:26 p.m. — K-9 requested to help locate a 22-year-old suicidal man who ran into the woods about half an hour prior on Haydenville Road in Whately. The subject was located and transported via American Medical Response.
8:19 p.m. — Caller from Unity Park reports a male party in a dinosaur costume is screaming. Caller requests an officer.
5:24 p.m. — Caller reports a 3-foot sinkhole in the roadway on K Street. Road was shut down by the Department of Public Works.
10:53 p.m. — Caller from Taylor Hill Road reports her friend’s car was stuck in the road where it was washed out and there were kids in the car. Caller requested the Fire Department or a tow truck respond to pull the car out.
1:48 p.m. — Walk-in reports a potentially intoxicated male party on the side of Greenfield Road was running with a mailbox, threw the mailbox over the side of the guardrail and then fell over. Caller said the male party was bleeding from his head and hands. EMS transported him to the hospital. Police did not locate the mailbox in the heavy brush.
2:14 p.m. — Police attempted to stop a black Ford sedan with a female driver at Turners Falls and Hatchery roads, but the vehicle took off. Driver was traveling at 70 mph in a 50-mph zone before accelerating and refusing to stop. Police did not pursue.
12:53 p.m. — Caller from O Street reports her 27-year-old grandson is out of control. She asked to have him removed from the residence. Police advised that the male party left on foot. Caller was advised of her court options.
1:23 p.m. — Gill Police Department advises a caller reported a male party near the fish ladder parking lot was yelling and punching signs before walking toward Avenue A. Gone on arrival.
2:59 p.m. — Caller from High Street reports a vehicle rollover. One male climbed out of the vehicle. Fire and EMS were requested. Vehicle was towed.
3:13 p.m. — Caller from Ripley Road states her 55-pound German shepherd ran away when he got scared of the storm. The dog’s name is Aussie and he has a tag with his name, his owner’s name and his owner’s phone number.
11:30 a.m. — Landlord from Montague City Road believes a tenant is cooking crack cocaine in the kitchen. Caller said other tenants could smell it and when they walked outside, they could see him doing it. A neighbor also called saying he smelled chemicals burning.
1:57 p.m. — Police arrested Megan Kristine Breiwick, 35, homeless, on a warrant at L and Fifth streets.
12:04 p.m. — Caller reports a male party has been camping under the bandshell at Peskeomskut Park for the past two to three days and has been drinking all day. Police observed no open container.
5:49 p.m. — Caller from Federal Street reports his son left the house at around 1:30 p.m. and has not returned. He later returned home, having left to meet friends.
