TURNERS FALLS — A male driver sustained minor, non-life-threatening injuries Monday after the vehicle he was driving went up onto a curb and rolled onto its roof near the intersection of High and Marshall streets.
According to Deputy Fire Chief Kyle Cogswell, the driver reportedly went off the road in an attempt to avoid hitting an animal. The incident occurred at around 3 p.m.
Cogswell said the driver, the vehicle’s lone occupant, was transported to a hospital by American Medical Response (AMR). The small sedan was towed by Rau’s Sunoco Service.
