GREENFIELD — Greenfield Cooperative Bank and its parent company, Greenfield Bancorp MHC, reelected the following incumbents as corporators during the company’s 118th annual meeting in Deerfield on June 20:

GREENFIELD — Greenfield Cooperative Bank and its parent company, Greenfield Bancorp MHC, have announced the operating results of fiscal year 2023, which President and CEO Anthony Worden described as being a healthy year for the bank.
Siobhan Tripp, marketing coordinator for Greenfield Cooperative Bank, previously clarified that while the federal, state and municipal fiscal year ends on June 30, “in the private sector there is flexibility as to when you choose to end your fiscal year.” The bank chooses to end its fiscal years on March 31.
In fiscal year 2023, Greenfield Cooperative Bank:
■originated more than $124 million in loans of all types.
■had an increase of 52% in home equity loans and lines, and a 48% increase in MassSave zero-interest energy loans.
■saw its operating expenses decrease to 1.73% of total assets while the state peer average is 1.85%.
■had a pre-tax operating income of $9.2 million and a net income after taxes of $6.9 million.
■provided more than $225,000 in funding to more than 200 community groups and charities.
GREENFIELD — Greenfield Cooperative Bank employees Adam Baker and Chelsea Depault have successfully completed the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Pennsylvania, and have earned their Stonier Diploma and a Wharton Leadership Certificate.
“We are very proud of Adam and Chelsea for their outstanding accomplishment,” Tony Worden, president and CEO of Greenfield Cooperative Bank, said in a statement. “They have demonstrated their dedication to advancing their knowledge and skills in the banking field and to serving our customers and communities with excellence. They are valuable members of our leadership team and we are fortunate to have them at Greenfield Cooperative Bank.”
Baker is vice president, commercial loan officer at Greenfield Cooperative Bank and has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry. In addition to his role at the bank, he is also a board member for several local community organizations, such as Horizons for Homeless Children and Empty Arms Bereavement Support Inc.
Depault is vice president, commercial operations officer at Greenfield Cooperative Bank, and has nearly 15 years of experience in banking. She oversees the operations of commercial loan servicing and administration.
The ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking is a banking school for senior-level executives in the financial services industry. The comprehensive curriculum covers a range of topics, including strategic planning, risk management, leadership, innovation and financial performance.
