TURNERS FALLS — Resident Kevin Miller has struck gold for a second time in about six years after winning $25,000 per year for life via the “Lucky For Life” state lottery game.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery website, Miller claimed his prize last week after winning in the multi-state “Lucky for Life” game. The first five numbers on his Quic Pic ticket matched those selected in the Feb. 18 drawing. Miller chose the cash option for his prize, receiving a one-time payment of $390,000 before taxes.
Miller had previously won a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Cadillac Riches” instant ticket game in 2016. Both wins came from tickets purchased at Food City at 250 Avenue A.
Food City was awarded a $5,000 bonus for Miller’s “Lucky For Life” victory.
When contacted by the Greenfield Recorder, Miller declined to comment.
