11:31 a.m. — Caller requests an officer, states he was asked to move property out of his friend’s Grout Circle apartment. Friend died last week. Caller states the neighbors are giving him a hard time and starting issues over property. He is afraid this will escalate. Officer spoke with the landlord, who gave the caller permission to remove the items and put them into storage. Officer to speak with neighbors as well.
1:20 p.m. — Caller states her neighbor at Power Town Apartments is intoxicated. Neighbor came to her apartment and asked her to call 911. Caller states the neighbor is very hard to understand and she is not sure why she needed 911 called. Officers spoke with involved woman, who would be staying in her own apartment.
9:04 a.m. — Walk-in advises he unknowingly had three counterfeit $20 bills. He went to pay for something at Cumberland Farms, clerk tested the bill and determined it was fake. Caller then realized he had two more and turned them over to Greenfield Police.
5:17 p.m. — Caller states his son ran away and he is supposed to be on house arrest. Caller is concerned the child may be heading toward Unity Park and could cause an issue with another child. Caller later called back to advise the juvenile came home, then left again. Child was walking down Griswold Street and turned back toward Sheffield. Juvenile later returned home.
11:59 p.m. — Caller reports he could hear what he thought was screaming from his house, went outside to investigate. Caller followed the noise down East Main Street, stated it was coming from a woman in the apartments above the Millers Pub. Caller advised he called when he got back to his house. Officer advises there was a verbal altercation between a man and a woman, who have been separated for the night.
