12:24 p.m. — Employee from Montague Machine Co. on Rastallis Street reports three men smashing windows behind the business. Unable to locate.
9:13 p.m. — Caller from Millers Pub reports a woman assaulted a man, was causing a disturbance with other patrons inside the club. Police arrested Serina Annette Cook, 25, of Grand Avenue in Millers Falls, for assault and battery on a public employee and disorderly conduct.
3:33 p.m. — Caller from Unity Park states he was assaulted by a group of kids. Caller said he had marks on his face and began having a panic attack, but declined medical attention. Police later requested an ambulance and spoke with the parents of a suspect, who said they would call later when they made contact with the juvenile. A juvenile arrest was conducted on a 13-year-old for assault and battery on a person with an intellectual disability.
3:03 p.m. — Caller on the South Prospect Street bridge reports a vehicle broke down in the middle of the bridge, potentially due to a broken front axle. Police monitored traffic until AAA’s arrival.
11:41 p.m. — Bar manager from The Rendezvous on Third Street reports a patron was causing a scene with one of his bar employees. The involved man had left, but the caller requested options. This was reportedly the third encounter. Caller later called back to provide a name, as well as a residence near Fourth Street.
2:06 p.m. — Caller from Highland Circle reports a bear walking around. Police located two bears heading toward the woods leading to the golf course.
4:38 p.m. — Caller from G Street reports seeing a dog while fishing Thursday that was still there at the time of the call with an apparent leg injury. Caller took possession of the animal with hopes of bringing it to the shelter. A volunteer came and took possession of the dog.
6:31 p.m. — Caller from Montague Avenue reports there is a cat in a house that hasn’t been taken care of and that the owners haven’t been home in eight months. The same report was given in April, at which time animal control investigated and found no issue. Police left a message for animal control.
7:26 p.m. — Caller from N Street reports a man on a dirt bike rode through his yard and left marks. When the caller asked him to clean it up, the individual reportedly refused. Benjamen Luke Stennes, 26, of Fourth Street, was charged with destruction of property under $1,200.
9:17 a.m. — Caller from Fourth Street states he has four bunnies in his yard after their mother was killed by a hawk. Animal control came to pick up the bunnies.
