5:42 p.m. — Caller from Bangs Street reports a Pitbull puppy standing outside where his children are playing. Dog had left by the time police spoke with the caller. Dog supposedly belongs to a Federal Street resident.

Monday, April 18

12:18 p.m. — Caller from Third Street states other tenants in her apartment building have been vandalizing her motorized wheelchairs, broke two of them. Advised of options.

8:14 p.m. — Caller from Wentworth Congregate Housing on J Street states a man is asking elderly people for money. Caller then called back and said the man left the property.

Tuesday, April 19

5:27 p.m. — Caller from Turners Falls Road reports a two-vehicle accident, unknown injuries and fluids. Police reviewed surveillance footage at Scotty’s Convenience Store after police couldn’t locate the accident and a bystander said the accident happened there. Cameras showed nothing.

Wednesday, April 20

7:00 p.m. — Following a traffic stop, police arrest Mark Kuklewicz II, 44, from Lake Pleasant Road on a warrant. He was held without bail and transported to the Franklin County Jail and House of Correction. Another man took possession of the vehicle.

Thursday, April 21

1:57 p.m. — An employee at Miller’s Pub at 25 East Main St. reports ongoing harassment from a man cleaning out an apartment across the street.

11:04 p.m. — Caller from G Street reports her 18-year-old autistic daughter had been gone for around 2.5 hours. Last seen talking on her phone in front of the house before taking off on foot. Neighbors checked their security cameras and the daughter is seen getting into a vehicle. Police called the daughter’s cellphone and left a voicemail instructing her to call the Police Department.

Friday, April 22

9:13 a.m. — Walk-in reports a kid showing him a gun in his waistband the previous night on Prospect Street.

8:31 p.m. — Police arrest Chi David Matthews, 38, from L Street in Turners Falls, on a warrant on G Street. He was held without bail and taken to the Franklin County Jail and House of Correction.

Saturday, April 23

7:28 a.m. — Following up on a missing person, police contact Verizon for a phone ping. The location pinged was in Hatfield in the area of Routes 5 and 10. Police made contact with the caller, who said she was together with her daughter after locating her. Police conducted a visual verification to remove her from the National Crime Information Center.

8:26 p.m. — Large group of kids yelling and chasing each other from Unity Street to Second Street and the F.L. Roberts gas station. Police observed what sounded like an altercation before everyone scattered.

Sunday, April 24

4:26 p.m. — Caller from Taylor Heights states there is loud yelling or screaming coming from a nearby yellow house. Caller then said it might have stopped.

9:17 p.m. — Caller from Fourth Street states the basement window had been knocked out as if someone was trying to gain access. She was concerned children would fall and get hurt.

Monday, April 25

3:49 p.m. — Caller from Fourth Street states her neighbor is harassing her. Whenever she or her children go outside, the woman holds up a tablet, taking photos or filming her.

6:34 p.m. — Caller from near the Farren Care Center on Montague City Road reports an assault that happened two weeks ago. She had been delivering a tax paper to her ex-husband and his girlfriend got physical with her after becoming irate. The ex-husband broke it up.

Wednesday, April 27

3:22 p.m. — Caller from Mormon Hollow Road reports a trash bag full of feces near her house. Police left a message for the DPW to pick it up.

8:41 p.m. — Caller from Third Street requests police response for her grandson who is disrespectful and out of control. Police spoke with both the mother and the child, agreed to stay away from each other for the evening.

Thursday, April 28

1:13 p.m. — Caller from Grand Avenue reports that a bear comes into her yard every night and tries to get her dog that stays in her camper. The bear has tipped over trash cans and made a mess in her yard. The number for Environmental Police was provided.

Friday, April 29

4:12 p.m. — Caller from East Main Street Realty noticed some medications missing, including 90 Percocets and two other medications needed for surgery, after having had people over to visit. Caller said his insurance company advised him to file a police report.

11:04 p.m. — Walk-in from Third Street reports his son has been gone since 1 p.m., wanted to file a missing persons report. Walk-in later received a call from his son saying he was near Call’s Corner Store in Greenfield. Greenfield Police were contacted to drive by the area in an attempt to locate him. Juvenile was not found, was entered into the system as missing. Greenfield Police later located the juvenile and brought him to the station, where he was met by his father. Juvenile was removed from the system.

Saturday, April 30

12:03 p.m. — Caller from East Chestnut Hill Road reports a cat stuck in a tree.

Sunday, May 1

12:06 p.m. — Walk-in from Newton Street reports people are regularly trespassing on her property, leaving trash and old furniture, and stealing property. She requested extra evening patrols.

7:14 p.m. — Caller from near the airport on Millers Falls Road reports a woman walking east on the road and potentially hitchhiking. After receiving a second call about the same party, police provided courtesy transport.

Monday, May 2

11:52 a.m. — Caller from Avenue A reports a man on a bicycle weaving in and out of traffic doing wheelies and causing a hazard.

9:18 p.m. — Caller from Grand Avenue reports they had been having issues with a bear coming onto the property and destroying things. Caller was looking for advice. Caller was directed to Environmental Police and the Department of Fish and Game.

Tuesday, May 3

7:12 p.m. — Caller from East Main Street reports that when she was driving, a woman in a black Pontiac sedan that lives in the area tried to smash into her. As that happened, she turned onto another street and the vehicle almost hit another car and building. Caller believes it was related to an earlier incident where she was harassed by a man outside the library. Caller refused to give her name or further information.

11:54 p.m. — Police investigate a car parked by the baseball clubhouse with the windows down unoccupied. Driver was located in the field playing Pokémon GO.
