After reading many opinion pieces put forth by conservative readers, there usually is included wording being concerned about their opinions being viewed as from a white supremacist or racist.

As a former naval engineer, firefighter, Eagle Scout, and currently an independent registered voter, I appreciate logic, science, and reason to come to a conclusion.

Therefore, I have some questions (rhetorical or not) to bring up for debate:

If you are not a white supremacist, why vote for one?

If you are for “family values,” why vote for a three-times married adulterer who secretly paid hush money to a porn star?

If you are for “Christian values,” why vote for a person who uses the Bible as a stage prop, does not regularly attend church, and separated little kids (around 1,500) from their mothers and fathers, some still not reunited after years of separation?

If you are against “eastern elitists,” why vote for a millionaire from New York who went to a private boarding school?

If you are for a “strong military,” why vote for a person who had five draft deferments (one for “bone spurs”) and who thinks John McCain is not a military hero because he was a POW?

If you are for a “strong work ethic,” why vote for a man who golfed around 150 times while in office at a cost (Forbes article) to taxpayers of around $140 million? And left over one hundred vacancies of cabinet level positions unconfirmed.

If you believe “blue lives matter” (meaning law enforcement personnel), why belong to a party that refuses to honor brave, outnumbered police who were tear-gassed, beaten, (one with an American flag pole) punched, and crushed, while defending the Nation’s Capital Building from destruction, looting, and desecration?

If you for “integrity” and honesty, why vote for a person who was documented lying over 30,000 times while in office, and continues to do so regarding November’s presidential election outcome?
