■Lauren Henne, daughter of Jim Henne and Marcia Rosbury-Henne of Orange, was named to the spring Dean’s List at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams, where she is double majoring in education and history/political science. Henne is a 2019 graduate of Ralph C. Mahar Regional School and is a member of the MCLA women’s volleyball team.
■Molley Fay Duclos of Greenfield made the Dean’s List at the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston for the spring semester.
■Kyle Roy of Erving was named to the Dean’s List at the University of New Haven for the spring. He studies in the university’s Tagliatela College of Engineering.
■The following local students were named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at Endicott College in Beverly: engineering major Nathan Mousseau of Bernardston, son of Stacey Mousseau and Gabriel Mousseau; marketing major Matthew Kenney of Leyden, son of Alice Kenney and Stuart Kenney; nursing major Abigail Zeoli of Sunderland, daughter of Aimee Smith-Zeoli and Michael Zeoli; and nursing major Dominique Whitney of Whately, daughter of Michelle Kennedy-Whitney.
■The following local students were named to the Dean’s List at Connecticut College for the spring semester: Phoebe Pliakas-Smith of Conway, Class of 2020, who is majoring in philosophy and English; Fiona Ferry of Deerfield, Class of 2023, undeclared; Megan Hrinda of Deerfield, Class of 2023, undeclared; Logan Waien of Greenfield, Class of 2022, who is majoring in computer science; Martha Kenyon of Gill, Class of 2021, who is majoring in English; Mary Parse of Orange, Class of 2023, undeclared; and Grace Rathbun of Turners Falls, Class of 2022, who is majoring in gender, sexuality and instruction studies.
■Northeastern University in Boston recognized the following local students named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester: Tucker Zakon-Anderson of Conway, an electrical and computer engineering major; Luke Dillon of Greenfield, a business administration major; Thomas Dillon of Greenfield, an economics major; and Lily Richards of Greenfield, an English major.
■The following students were named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of New England: Laurel Derose, Jenna Jacobsen, Evan Moulton, Kieron Schweitzer and Ariana Walker, all of Greenfield; Elizabeth Fuller of Northfield; Kylee Cole and Lauren Davenport of Shelburne Falls; and Hanna LaClaire of Sunderland.
■Giselle Hajir of Leverett was recently named to the Dean’s List at the College of William & Mary in Virginia for the spring semester.
■Dylan DePalma, Class of 2020, was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Vermont. DePalma, from Leyden, attended the Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources. To be named to the Rubenstein School’s Dean’s List, students must have a grade-point average of 3.77 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class.
■The follow local students made the Dean’s List at Springfield Technical Community College for the spring semester: Emily Mae Cavender of Bernardston; Tracey Schryba of Colrain; Mirandah Alexia Baltzer Coulombe of Greenfield; Jessalynn Marie Amaya of Leverett; Nicholas David Baronas of Leyden; Sarah Toomey, Brittany Miller, Kaitlin Ravosa and Joel Rodriguez, all of Montague; Mary Joy Patchett of Shelburne Falls; Ashley L. Gwozdzik of Shutesbury; Richard W. Hollrock and Olivia Kevyn Bean Warren, both of South Deerfield; and Vasili Eliopoulos of Sunderland.
■Mia Burch from South Deerfield made the Dean’s List at Pennsylvania State University’s College of Information Sciences and Technology for the spring semester.
■Dalton Rice of Northfield was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. To qualify, students must earn a grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.5, with no grade lower than C.
■The following students were named to the Dean’s List at Bridgewater State University for the spring semester: Noah Jacques of Greenfield; Kiersten Samalis of Orange; and Ben Hamer and Kayla Hamer of South Deerfield.
■Maxwell Ward, a junior mathematics major from Greenfield and a graduate of Frontier Regional School, was named to the Dean’s List at Saint Michael’s College in Vermont for the spring semester.
■Leyden resident Rebecca Rodgers was named to the Dean’s List at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for the spring semester.
■The following local students graduated this spring from Connecticut College: Phoebe Pliakas-Smith of Conway, a philosophy and English major; and Joel Lyons Sibley of Deerfield, who studied botany and environmental studies.
■Cassandra Bigelow of Colrain was conferred a bachelor’s degree in nursing, cum laude, from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, N.H.
■Olivia Rogers of Northfield was valedictorian of her graduating class at Dublin Christian Academy in Dublin, N.H. In addition to her academic achievements, Rogers excelled in fine arts and participated in student government as a class officer, serving as president of her class for three years. Earlier this year, she won first place in original oratory for her speech on legalization of marijuana during a national competition of Christian high school students in Greenville, S.C. In the fall, she will study English and secondary education at Gordon College. After completing her degree, she hopes to teach high school English.
■Dylan DePalma of Leyden graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science during a commencement ceremony on May 17. DePalma was the 2020 recipient of the Wildlife Bio-Ecology Award from the Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources. He will be working with black bears in an urban study in Asheville, N.C. this summer.

■Samantha Clift and Casey Michalowski, both of South Deerfield, received degrees from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut this spring. Both received their master’s of health science in occupational therapy.
■Ruthie Elaine Davis of Greenfield was named to the Head of School’s List for earning high honors both semesters of the 2019 to 2020 school year at Northfield Mount Hermon School in Gill.
■Rohan Edwards of Deerfield earned academic honors for work completed during the spring semester at Northfield Mount Hermon School in Gill.
