There is an estimate that there are 267,000 police in the United States of America. Of these it has been estimated that maybe 2 percent are not as objective as the other 98 percent.

Some police organizations have sensitivity training. Before one condemns all these people, maybe a few could be considered to take sensitive training.

On one hand, some folks are brought up to judge each individual as an individual. However, for some reason, some are encouraged that educated people of good wealth are not so good. Others are reared that people of certain religions, races, etc. are not to be trusted. It is not easy to rid one of these biases.

I was biased against left-handed people, and other things. I got free of one of these prejudices at a time.

Although I not longer dislike lefties, I find other things make me not objective. You get rid of one and you find others.

I suppose that growing up never ends. Good luck to all that try to be fair.

We forget the gangs of New York, Boston and other cities, when 40 or so men ruled until the local police dissolved these groups.

Was it so long ago? What about the many police that serve us day after day doing their best?

Greenfield has a pretty darn good police department.

Don’t throw out the barrel because of a few bad apples.
