Registration is now open for the new Athol-Orange Chuck Stone Little League.
Players can sign up through the Athol Area YMCA website.
Any player in the North Quabbin Region can sign up to play for teams based in Orange or Athol. The league will have Major and Minor leagues, along with coach pitch and T-ball.
Major and Minor leagues are $65 plus a $25 player pack. Prices are $20 for members of the YMCA and $35 for non-members for coach pitch and T-Ball.
Babe Ruth
The Franklin County Babe Ruth League is hosting a meeting on Monday, Feb. 3 at 6 p.m. at the St. Kazimierz Society in Turners Falls.
The agenda of the meeting is the upcoming season, registration dates, times and locations, fundraising and college scholarship applications.
