Taaniel Herberger-Brown, 37, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Charge of breaking and entering in daytime for misdemeanor by Greenfield Police. Pleaded guilty and found guilty. Defendant was placed on probation until Jan. 8, 2021, with victim witness assessment of $50. Must continue with mental health treatment and take medication as prescribed, and must not have contact with and stay 50 yards away from the victim and Frederick Road in Greenfield. Must pay $100, and pay $85 per month of the $865 of total restitution. Charge of malicious destruction of property under $1,200. Pleaded guilty and found guilty.
