Taaniel Herberger-Brown, 37, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Charge of breaking and entering in daytime for misdemeanor by Greenfield Police. Pleaded guilty and found guilty. Defendant was placed on probation until Jan. 8, 2021, with victim witness assessment of $50. Must continue with mental health treatment and take medication as prescribed, and must not have contact with and stay 50 yards away from the victim and Frederick Road in Greenfield. Must pay $100, and pay $85 per month of the $865 of total restitution. Charge of malicious destruction of property under $1,200. Pleaded guilty and found guilty. Defendant was placed on probation until Jan. 8, 2021, with the same conditions as in Count 1. Charge of trespassing. Pleaded guilty and found guilty. Charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Jordan Scanlon, 26, of Montague Road, Shutesbury. Charges of no inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations. All three dockets were nolle prosequi by the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office. The state was unwilling to prosecute further because the defendant successfully completed the diversion program.
