Census 2020 Kickoff: Reps. Paul W. Mark and Natalie Blais along with the Franklin Regional Council of Governments Complete Count Committee and the US Census Bureau will hold a census 2020 kickoff to raise awareness for census outreach efforts in Franklin County. The event will be Friday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Senior Center, 7 Main St. The U.S. census, conducted every 10 years, provides a snapshot of the nation that helps determine where to build new schools and businesses, and how federal funding is distributed.
