Curtis L. Harlow, 28, of Connecticut River Road, White River Junction, Vt. Charge of possession of a Class A drug. Fined $100. Charges of possession with intent to distribute a Class C drug, possession of a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate the drug law, were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel was deferred.
Samuel B. Roney, 47, of Heritage Way, South Deerfield. Charge of OUI-drugs, second offense, in Deerfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Fine of $600 or community service. OUI victim assessment of $50 and head injury assessment of $250. Victim witness assessment was waived. Defendant was placed on probation until Nov. 12, 2021. Must undergo evaluation treatment as required and complete a driver alcohol education program, with two years loss of license. Fees for all programs waived except $200. Must not have alcohol. Found not responsible on charges of a state highway traffic violation and a marked lanes violation. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee was changed to four hours of community service per month.
Allen Smith, 35, homeless of Greenfield. Change of resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days in the house of correction. The counsel fee was waived.
Gary H. Gardner, 58, of Park Villa Drive, Turners Falls. Charge of wanton and lascivious conduct, by Montague Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Aug. 14, 2020. Victim witness assessment was waived. Must undergo a mental heath evaluation and treatment, and take medicine as prescribed. Charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace were both dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
