Coldwell Banker Upton-Massamont Realtors has added Realtor Yasmin Garcia to its roster of professional real estate agents serving Franklin and Hampshire counties.
According to a Coldwell Banker press release, Garcia is a Western Massachusetts native and lives in Pelham. Before starting her real estate career more than 2½ years ago, she worked with a contractor in the purchasing, redesigning and renovation of residential properties, and the design and building of new homes. Her love of real estate grew when she began attending open houses for those properties, working closely with potential buyers.
“We’re happy to have Yasmin on our team,” said Christine Aubrey, owner/broker of Coldwell Banker Upton-Massamont Realtors. “Her background in real estate (and) her organizational, negotiating, architectural and interior design skills will provide a great advantage in guiding clients to either sell an existing home and/or the purchase of a new home.”
Garcia is a member of the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley, the National Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. As a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, her focus will be residential real estate in Hampshire and Franklin counties, the press release states. The agency has four offices in the Pioneer Valley: South Deerfield, Shelburne Falls, Amherst and Northampton. She’ll also serve the Spanish speaking communities in both counties.
