In November in District 3 Taunette Greene is running for City Council. I have only known Taunette since November of last year but in that short period of time I experienced some wonderful things about her.
In April Stop and Shop employees went on strike for 11 days. I work for Stop and Shop so I was one of the people on strike. Taunette was the union steward we turned to for guidance and support. She kept us strong. She was there every day early and every day after most went home. Taunette made all of us aware of what we were out there for and she kept us in the right path. She was determined to keep the employees what they worked for and she did not back down.
Taunette is now running for City Council and she knows what the people of Greenfield need. She will be there for us fighting for what we need to make Greenfield a better place to live.
If you want someone who is strong and will not quit on you, then in November vote for Taunett, vote “Greene for Greenfield.”
